1. Refund Conditions

1.1 Unused Subscriptions

  • If no characters have been used, a refund request can be initiated within 30 days after the fee deduction.
  • If less than 1000 characters have been used, a refund request can be initiated within 7 days of the fee deduction.

1.2 Payment Errors, Fraud, and Technical Issues

Lovevoice AI will refund purchases made within the past 30 days if:

  • It is determined that your account has been compromised and used fraudulently.
  • You have been charged in error by Lovevoice AI.
  • Technical issues have prevented the use of our service.

Note: You must contact us within 30 days of the disputed charge for us to issue a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Partial refunds are not available. If you use more than 1000 characters during a billing period and then cancel your subscription, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Any refund request made after 30 days from the date of subscription (including any trial period) will not be honored.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Limit

Lovevoice AI allows one refund per account. If the number of refunds reaches two, Lovevoice AI reserves the right to restrict the account from purchasing any future subscription plans.
